I'm Eugene (YHUGE) a Philippine based web designer and Graphic Artist. I design this website to serve as my main site for my freelance web design services. I am offering quality and affordable graphics and web design solution , from simple web design to full Flash based web design.

I have been a graphics artist / web designer for almost 10 years. From Wellcom Corporation, Robinson Cainta, Webcom to MTC Academy, I handled Marketing collaterals brochures, flyers, posters, banners to name a few. I’m also designing and updating the company web sites (HTML, PHP, mySQL and CSS).

It gave me a chance to improve my knowledge and skills, but most of all; it gave me the ability to meet complex demands. With the years of experience in this field, it gave me full understanding of how individual competency and team work strongly contribute to collective goals of a company. With fit mental, spiritual and physical health - long hours of work and time constraints did not bother me at all. Hence, it gave me the reason to challenge myself and be more flexible and determined to accomplish even unexpected tasks. It’s certainly fulfilling on my part, if I greatly contributed to company’s mission or goals.

Philippine based web designers are known for offering cheap, yet highly competitive and very professional web design. Thats why many international business companies from different countries, and around the world, offshore the web design task to the Filipino web designers.

As of now there are thousands of small business and small company owners who wants to have a website but don't have a thousand bucks $$$ budget for the professional web designer fee. That's why I made this website to reach and to help these folks to make their business come online.

As a freelance web designer, My duty is to deliver my clients message virtually thru website. As a graphic artist I don't just want to have my clients to have their own website, but I want their website to appear in the web nicely and more proffessional.

As of now standard web design cost around P15,000-P50,000 ($250-$1000), not including the ($35) domain name (.com, .net, .org) registration fee and the $1000+ /yr web hosting fee.

As a freelance web designer that holds my own time, and no boss nor business partner.

I can drop the normal web design service cost into half to make my freelance web design services more competitive and more affordable without sacrificing the web design quality.

Obviously "eLeoncio" is a modified version of my name Eugene Leoncio full name, the "e" stands for "Firstname" , so you can pronounce it as eLeoncio.

I love that nick thats why I picked it as a domain name for my freelance web design services.
